Delivery Dates & Times
We delivery Monday to Saturday, on select Sundays (such as Mother's Day or other special days), and on some public holidays. You will be prompted to select a delivery date when checking out - if the date is available on the calendar, we'll deliver it! Note that dates will be closed off for delivery once our maximum capacity is reached.
Typical delivery times are between 10am and 5pm EST daily. However, these times are not guaranteed. Depending on delivery volume, particularly on major occasions such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we operate extended hours and delivery times between 8am and 8pm EST.
Delivery Notifications & Tracking
You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been delivered (don't forget to check your junk folder!). Some notifications may be slightly delayed for GTA deliveries or on days with higher volumes of deliveries.
General Delivery Practices
For most residences, our delivery drivers will knock on the front door and/or ring the doorbell, then place flowers by the foot of the door maintaining a safe social distance from the recipient.
For condo and apartment buildings, we will leave deliveries with the concierge whenever possible. Please note that many concierges who accept other parcel deliveries may not accept fresh flowers. If we are not able to deliver to the concierge, or if there is no concierge, we will leave outside the recipient's unit door or - if we are not able to access the floor - may need to ask the recipient to meet the delivery person in the lobby.
Please ensure to provide us with the recipient’s phone number, unit number, and buzzer code so we are able to access the building.
If we are not able to gain access to the building, or unable to complete the delivery for any other reason, the delivery will need to be re-scheduled for the following day.
Summer & Winter Deliveries
Depending on weather conditions, particularly during the winter, your delivery may not be able to be left outdoors.
During these times, it is important that we have the recipient's phone number in case we need to contact them prior to delivery or from their doorstep - some people may be home but not come to their door right away.
