Refund policy
Fresh & Dried Flowers
We take pride in using only fresh, premium-quality flowers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please contact us with a description of your concerns, along with photos, as soon as possible after delivery. We will review to determine whether a full or partial refund, or a replacement, is appropriate. We do not accept any returns of fresh or dried flowers.
We will not offer refunds or replacements for bouquets for reasons other than flower quality (ie: style, colours, etc). All bouquets displayed on our website, including on product pages, are examples only - each bouquet is unique and freshly made, and may vary significantly. If you have specific requests with regards to the style, colour, or particular flowers, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Please keep in mind that the natural lifespan of flowers varies, and some flowers may start to age before others. To extend the lifespan of your bouquet, you may wish to remove flowers nearing the end of their lifespan from the bouquet. We also recommend that you regularly re-cut the stems and change the water to extend your bouquet's lifespan.
Plants
We take care to personally inspect and select the freshest, healthiest-looking plants. However, if you are not satisfied with the health or quality of your plant immediately upon delivery, please contact us with a description of your concerns, along with photos, as soon as possible. We will review to determine whether a full or partial refund, or a replacement, is appropriate. We do not accept any returns of plants.
It is your responsibility to determine if your home is suitable for a particular plant, and while we are happy to provide general care tips when asked, it is your responsibility to research and follow proper care guidelines. We generally will not consider refunds or replacements of plants more than a week after delivery, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Gift Items
Gift Items include non-perishable items from our Home & Gifts or Accessories collection (they do not include dried flowers).
Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery, and if the item is damaged or defective, contact us right away, and we will arrange to deliver a replacement (if available), provide return shipping information, or offer a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your gift item for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return and refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with no signs of use. Your item will be reviewed upon return to ensure it meets these criteria and is eligible for a refund.
If your gift item was shipped to you, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was received.
