Care Instructions
Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Product size and shape varies slightly in each item due to a natural result of the manufacturing process. Product may show levels of colour glaze unevenness and texture variations as a result of the porcelain firing process.

Flower Care Tips
All bouquets (without a vase) are carefully water-wrapped. Once receiving your bouquet, we recommend the following steps to enjoy your blooms even longer:
- Cut the stems sharply at an angle, about an inch from the bottom, and place in a vase with cold water.
- Every 2-3 days, re-cut the stems in the same manner, and replenish the water.
- Over time, maximize the lifespan of your bouquet by removing certain flowers as they age. Keep in mind that some flowers have naturally longer or shorter lifespans than others.
If your bouquet is received in a vase, simply unwrap it and skip to steps 2 & 3 above!
