• Alcohol may only be ordered alongside flowers or any other non-alcoholic item from our shop.
• Both the purchaser and recipient must be 19 years of age or older.
• Alcohol must be delivered directly to the recipient (not left with a concierge or at the doorstep), and the recipient may be asked to provide ID upon delivery, in line with SmartServe regulations. This means that we might contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure they will be home to accept the order.
• We do not keep any alcohol in stock; all orders are fulfilled by us through the LCBO once your order is placed. While we do our best to monitor LCBO stock levels of the products we list, there may occasionally be a case in which the product is no longer available, in which case you will be contacted about a replacement product or refund.

The prices for alcoholic products available for delivery consist of the LCBO list price plus a $20 service fee, rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. There is no additional HST charged.

Our service fee covers our alcohol licensing and regulatory costs, packaging (typically an LCBO gift bag or box), and the time to fulfill your order through the LCBO. It does not include any applicable GTA delivery rates.
